How do I contact X-Factors?

There are no facilities for customer personal collections at this address. However, if you are in an urgent rush or would like to view our products you can arrange a personal appointment by via email.

Have X-Factors received my email?
When you first email info@x-factors.co.uk you will receive a reply within 12 hours.
If you have emailed us for the first time and not received a reply within 12 hours your email may have been hidden in our spam filter so please try the following:
- Ensure the email address you are sending to is info@x-factors.co.uk
- Use the subject line: Contacting X-Factors [and an order number if you have one]
- In the email use only the text: Please contact me
- Do not include any attachments
